Norch Machinery Technology (KUNSHAN) Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and total solution of the rapid heating cycle molding (RHCM) system. The core products are multi-point controlled rapid heating cycle molding (MCRM) system and ultra-high temperature RHCM system (URHCM). It is characterized by accurate temperature control, rapid temperature rise and fall, safety and reliability.
MCRM系统采用高温蒸汽和水为加热冷却介质,可将模具最多分为20个区域独立温控,并可实现蒸汽加热高精度恒温控制(±0.5℃),在不局限于注塑模具的较多领域获得了推广和应用;
MCRM系列有2温区超大流量型、8温区内置蒸汽发生器型、10温区、20温区等多个标准型号,除了实现常规的注塑模具急冷急热温控外,还可应用于硅胶成型、蒸汽恒温加热等场景。
The MCRM system uses high-temperature steam and water as the heating and cooling medium, which can divide the mold into 20 blocks at most for independent temperature control, and can achieve high-precision constant temperature control (± 0.5 ℃) for steam heating, which has been promoted and applied in many industries not limited to injection molding;
MCRM series has a number of standard models, including 2 temperature zone super flow type, 8 temperature zone built-in steam generator type, 10 temperature zone, 20 temperature zone, etc. It can be used for silica gel molding, steam constant temperature heating and other scenarios in addition to realizing conventional injection molding RHCM.
MCRM-08B应用于硅胶成型,实现140℃恒温并急冷急热温控。

URHCM系统采用导热油为加热冷却介质,可实现最高280℃模具温度的急冷急热,并具备较快的升降温速率和较高的温控精度,可完全依照客户工艺需求进行定制化系统开发,成功应用于高温急冷急热注塑和复合板材热压成型等工艺。
URHCM为诺驰新开发的机型,近期实现量产并交付客户使用。
The URHCM system uses heat transfer oil as the heating and cooling medium, which can realize the RHCM cycle with a maximum mold temperature of 280 ℃, and has a fast temperature rise and fall rate and high temperature control accuracy. URHCM is a new model developed by Nuochi. Recently, it has been mass produced and delivered to customers.
