昆山诺驰机械科技有限公司，主要从事急冷急热模温控制系统的设计、研发、制造并提供整体解决方案。核心产品为多点位控制型急冷急热模温系统（MCRM）和超高温急冷急热模温控制系统(URHCM)。具备精准温控、极速升降温、安全高效等特点。MCRM系统采用高温蒸汽和水为加热冷却介质，可将模具最多分为20个区域独立温控，并可实现蒸汽加热高精度恒温控制（±0.5℃），在不局限于注塑模具的较多领域获得了推广和应用；MCRM系列有2温区超大流量型、8温区内置蒸汽发生器型、10温区、20温区等多个标准型号，除了实现常规的注塑模具急冷急热温控外，还可应用于硅胶成型、蒸汽恒温加热等场景。

The core products are multi-point controlled rapid heating cycle molding (MCRM) system and ultra-high temperature RHCM system (URHCM). It is characterized by accurate temperature control, rapid temperature rise and fall, safety and reliability. The MCRM system uses high-temperature steam and water as the heating and cooling medium, which can divide the mold into 20 blocks at most for independent temperature control, and can achieve high-precision constant temperature control (± 0.5 ℃) for steam heating, which has been promoted and applied in many industries not limited to injection molding; MCRM series has a number of standard models, including 2 temperature zone super flow type, 8 temperature zone built-in steam generator type, 10 temperature zone, 20 temperature zone, etc. It can be used for silica gel molding, steam constant temperature heating and other scenarios in addition to realizing conventional injection molding RHCM.
